MEET OUR 2024 KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

PEGGY BERG - Founder of Castell

Peggy Berg is the Founder of Castell, which is now an AHLA Foundation Project. She serves on the AHLA ForWard committee advancing women, the AHLA Foundation Research Committee. She founded Castell, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women in hospitality industry leadership with a goal of seeing women in more than one of every three positions at all levels in all fields of hospitality industry leadership and ownership.

JASON DUNN - National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals

Jason Dunn is an 18-year tourism industry veteran and was the first Black Vice President at Visit Cincy in its 77-year history. He was recently appointed as CEO of the National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals. NCBMP is a non-profit organization that seeks to educate and empower Black Hospitality professionals and all proponents of equity who support or work with Black meetings and events.

TAYLOR SMITH - Meetings Today

Taylor Smith joined Meetings Today magazine in May 2022 as a content developer, destinations and features and is the face behind the publication's column, "The Z: Planning for the Industry's Next Generation," which explores how to welcome, work with, understand and plan for the industry’s next wave of professionals, Gen Z. Smith also covers North American destinations, wellness, sustainability, incentives, new and renovated properties and industry trends.
