We have planned a conference experience that will provide targeted insider tips about the most important topics you need to consider as you tailor your own Bounce UP Plan. We know and believe that using these tips will attract positive experiences, success, and wealth into your life. This experience will help make your future so bright and shiny it will be impossible for anyone to ignore.

 

The first positive experience you will find at the end of the red carpet is our 'Hakuna Matata' Networking Reception.   We have planned an evening of fun and unexpected, extraordinary firsts for you to share with each other.  you will be able to meet like-minded people and make connections to help each other navigate together through the jungle of adventures that lie ahead for us and for our industry (animal print attire is preferred).

 

Be sure to Beast up before you walk the red carpet into the reception.  A WITH-it “beast” is a person that is extremely talented at whatever they do and always displays great determination, dedication, and resilience to always win or want to win. So, we welcome you to come and bring your own “beast” With you.

 

The red carpet will still be out when You and your “beast” arrive the next morning for an interactive and enlightening Conference experience. Details of everything we have planned are available on our website. Highlights of what you can expect include:

Here are some Tips to help you get ready to have a successful conference, make desirable connections, and come up with ways you can help each other and enhance your connection.

  • Take time to thoughtfully consider your accomplishments during the past two challenging years and your goals for your future in this industry. It will help you clearly and concisely communicate who you are, what you do, what you can give and what you want to get.

  • Meditate on the conference schedule agenda and information available on the conference website.

  • Use the WITH web site links to research the social media presence of the companies and executives that will be at the marketplace.

  • Get to know their company culture so you can identify those where you have interests in common.

  • Then select who you want to ask questions, converse and share information with about each other’s recent history products and service.

  • Come prepared to get and give contact information with the companies and people you selected.

  • Put on Your “game face”. Present your ideas, your accomplishments, your questions, and yourself accurately and positively with a confident, strong speaking voice and friendly, open body language.

  • Don’t forget the magic words you learned in kindergarten: please and thank you. By Saying these words you display kindness, respect and gratitude.
