Chantel Ross Francois is an experienced International Tourism Executive with a remarkable track record in Destination Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality.
Ross Francois currently is the President of the East Point Convention and Visitors Bureau (EPCVB) just minutes from the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. She is responsible for the implementation of the newly developed EPCVB.
Ross Francois spearheads the organization's efforts to stimulate tourism, attract travelers, and enhance the overall visitor experience in the city of East Point. Ross Francois brings a wealth of expertise to the EPCVB with an extensive background in destination management and impressive international accomplishments in the tourism and meetings industry.
Prior to becoming President of EPCVB, Ross Francois held several leadership positions in the tourism sector as CEO of the Twin Island of Trinidad and Tobago Convention and Visitors Bureau, Tourism Director for the City of Douglasville, and Executive Director of City of South Fulton Convention and Visitors Bureau. She has successfully led marketing campaigns, championed strategic partnerships, and implemented initiatives that have contributed to the growth and economic development of various destinations.
She has received numerous accolades during her career to include: YWCA Women of the Year, Atlanta Business League Top 100 Women, Looking Ahead 100 Most Influential Women in Atlanta, 100 Most Influential Caribbean’s in Atlanta, and Featured in Who’s Who Atlanta, Atlanta Business Journal, IMEX Frankfurt, Black Meetings & Tourism, South Fulton Lifestyle Magazine as well as numerous other publications.
