Joyce Leveston serves as the Senior Vice President of Convention Centers for OVG360 (formerly Spectra). She has oversight responsibility of more than 46 convention and conference centers in the OVG360 portfolio. She is recognized as a dynamic executive leader, delivering first-class customer

service, and navigating exceptional client relationships. Known for placing her greatest value on the employee first while exceeding client and stakeholder expectations. Joyce knows how to deliver on promises, drive results and is a person of intentionality. She is a leader that continues to challenge the industry on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion while opening doors and access for others.

Prior to joining OVG360, Joyce served as the General Manager for both the BCEC and Hynes Convention Centers in Boston, Director of Convention Services and Events at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in DC, Assistant GM and Convention Services manager at Miami Beach Convention Center and held similar positions for Houston GRB Convention Center, as well as the San Diego Convention Center. Besides earning her B.A in Communications at UCSD, she has managed and produced some of the largest and most prestigious events in the industry:
