Inaugural Conference Led by Women in Tourism & Hospitality to Promote Diversity and Inclusion

2021 W.I.T.H. Conference filled with interactive educational workshops, inspirational keynote speakers, and networking opportunities is set for March 18-19, 2021 

San Diego– January 20, 2021, Women in Tourism & Hospitality (W.I.T.H.) International, will host its inaugural conference March 18 and 19, 2021 at one of its partner hotels, the Four Points by Sheraton San Diego. The conference will bring together corporations, tourism executives, industry insiders, elected officials, entrepreneurs, young professionals, educators, and students for one full day of education, networking, and celebration.

“The in-person conference is designed to smartly and safely provide strategies that empower women in the hospitality industry.   It will provide the advice and connections they need to take control of their business, go after what they want, and build a culture of diversity, inclusion, and community” said Clara Carter, founder of W.I.T.H. and the Multi-Cultural Convention Services Network (MCCSN). 

 The event venue was specifically selected to provide opportunities for attendees to safely display their personal brand, engage in relevant discussions, and form relationships needed for long-term business success. Conveniently located in central San Diego, the hotel features 10 event rooms, spacious grand pavilions, plenty of outdoor space for fresh-air breaks and plush rooms to relax at the end of the day.

Conference planners chose speakers and topics that will provide needed advice and inspiration to attendees – including business and career strategies in the COVID-era and motivating stories of achievement from industry leaders.    Four concurrent learn-and-grow workshops led by top industry personnel will cover relevant “hot topics” for personal and professional growth.

The 5th Annual W.I.T.H.
