Sarah Lynch is a dedicated hospitality professional, driven by her passion for hotel management and business development.

Currently serving as the co-founder and COO at Brick Hospitality, she exemplifies strong leadership and industry acumen. Brick Hospitality manages a portfolio of hotels with brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Choice Hotels as well as independent hotels. Simultaneously, Sarah holds the position of co-founder and President at Charm Hospitality, where she manages a portfolio of over fifteen short-term vacation rentals.

Sarah's journey in the hospitality industry began with RAR Hospitality, where she steadily progressed to the role of General Manager of the Fairfield Inn San Diego North San Marcos.

Armed with a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Boston University and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management from Cornell University, Sarah possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling her to adeptly navigate its complexities.
